First, thank you for being a Goldwell New York customer. We appreciate your business.

We want you to be satisfied with everything you purchase from Goldwell New York. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or have a damaged product, we want to make it right, please contact us at 800-727-4110 or customerservice@goldwellny.com.

For refunds or exchanges:

  • Must be existing product
  • Show proof of purchase
  • Unopened
  • Unmarked (no marker or pricing stickers)
  • May be subject to a restocking fee
  • Refunds are done through our corporate office and may take up to 10 business days
  • Refunds will be for actual price paid minus a restock fee if purchased over 6 months ago
